Monster pepperoni rolls and hot loaded Italian sandwiches. Yeah, you had me there. Sunseri’s in the strip district is always our go to for some awesome Italian food for lunch.
When I say awesome Italian food I mean it. It’s not just their hot loaded Italian sandwiches. Their eggplant parm is my personal favorite, but you really can’t go wrong with any of their food so try anything that speaks to you.
The Hot Loaded Italian is one of my family's favorite from downtown Pittsburgh. Their homemade bread with Mortadella, Capicolla, Salami, Sandwich Pepperoni, Provonello, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, and Home Made Balsalmic Dressing. It is so good, and the quality of their ingredients are so tasty. I definitely perfer it toasted but that's up to you. Either way it's definitely one of the best Italian Sandwiches you're going to find.
If you’re not hungry right at the moment just go in and get their Monster pepperoni roll. Save it for later and get ready to chow! They are the best pepperoni, just the right ratio of pepperoni, cheese, and bread. They have two options for their pepperoni rolls monster which is the regular version. If you’re daring they also have an atomic which has all kinds of peppers in it too, Zach loves it! Either one is mouth watering and you'll already not be able to wait for you to get another one!
