Hello World!

Hi there! To the book world I go by Bree Lynn, but lets do Bree for short. I'm excited to start this new place to share, write, and explore.

I've loved reading since I have been little. My mom reading children's books to me as a child was always exciting. Then the first Harry Potter book came out and the magic began we were hooked. My mom would read the books to us as we floated around our pool in the summer (because they usually came out in the summer). Even now I'm probably even more Harry Potter obsessed than when I was little. Now I'm realizing its due to a lot of things. First its just a really good series, but also it's the memories and feeling I get when I read them.

That's what books, in my opinion, is all about. The best books take you somewhere else or make you feel. Whether that be happiness, sadness, nervousness for the characters. When life is giving me a really hard time I love diving into a book that takes me somewhere no where near what I'm currently dealing with. An escape.

Books are magical and you never really know what you will pick up next. Think about it we are still reading things that someone wrote many years ago. Still recreating stories William Shakespeare originally thought up. Still analyzing books by Mark Twain, Mary Shelley, and Charles Dickens (that's to name a few). Get to read the artistic madness of Edgar Allen Poe. We now get to enjoy books that were though up by J.K Rowling, Stephen King, and Nicolas Sparks. I think that's the magical thing we actually get to read what these people thought up in their head. When its executed right it's like we actually are transported there.
